摘要
发展低碳经济,进行技术引进和创新是当前应对气候变化、控制温室气体、参与国际合作和实现社会经济发展目标的有效途径。在充分调研的基础上,对低碳经济基础数据库进行了分析、设计与建库,数据库主要包括4类数据:"温室气体排放数据库"社会经济人口数据库"、"基础地理空间数据库"和"元数据库"。本文将低碳经济模型中的各种条件、指标与空间要素结合,利用GIS技术对其进行可视化与空间分析研究,在研究基础上构建了低碳经济模型GIS空间分析系统,提供低碳经济模型可视化、信息查询、统计分析、空间分布表达、趋势性分析和相关性分析等功能。经实践验证,证明该系统能直观反映不同区域尺度低碳经济发展的动态演化过程和未来情景类型,为中国低碳经济发展的时空格局与演化规律研究提供应用支撑,为环境决策和节能减排提供有效参考。
Developing low-carbon economy, introduction of technology and technical innovation are effective ways to deal with climate change and control greenhouse gases emission, which would benefit greatly participation in international cooperation and achieving socio-economic development goals of China. In the present work, the authors performed a study on visualization and GIS-based spatial analysis, model management, data interface and model interface of a low-carbon economic model. A low-carbon economic basic database was analyzed, designed and built in succession. Data sources and data quality control were also described in detail. The database is mainly comprised of four components: greenhouse gas emission database, socio-economic population database, basic geo-spatial database, and meta database. The authors integrated a variety of conditions, indicators and spatial elements in low-carbon economic models and realized visualization and spatial analysis by GIS techniques, on the basis of which a low-carbon economic model-oriented GIS spatial analysis system was constructed, providing a variety of functionalities on visualization, information query, statistics and analysis, expression of spatial distributions, trend analysis, correlation analysis of the proposed low-carbon economic model. The system consists of three modules: database interface module, visualization and spatial analysis module and model management module. The system was realized through C/S structure. ESRI ArcGIS 9.2 and ArcEngine were also used as the GIS platform, SQL Server 2005 as database and Visual C#.net 2005 as development toolkit. Through a couple of tests, it has been proved that the newly proposed system can visually reflect dynamic evolution of processes and future scenarios of development of low-carbon economy in different regions and on different scales.
