摘要
介绍东北轻合金有限责任公司1700 mm冷轧机开卷机电气控制系统由发电机组供电、交磁放大机控制方式改造为由可控硅变流装置供电、模拟控制的实践过程。重点介绍了开卷机整个工作过程中,直流电机和可控硅变流装置所处的各种工作状态,阐述了改造后的模拟控制系统与恒张力控制原理,以及卷径检测方式,并对控制系统自动调节过程进行了分析。
The article introduces the practice process of uncoiler electrical control system of 1700 mm cold rolling mill in Northeast Light Alloy Co., Ltd., which is transformed from power supply by generator set and amplidyne control into power supply by silicon controlled rectifier converter device and simulating control, emphasizes on the different working conditions of direct current motor and silicon controlled recti- fier converter device during whole uncoiler operation,expounds the modified simulating control system and constant tension control principle, as well as winding diameter detection. Finally, it makes analysis on automatic adjustment course of the control system.
