摘要
对2205双相不锈钢进行900℃保温不同时间的时效处理并对室温Ⅴ型缺口冲击功进行了测定。采用定量金相,扫描电镜(SEM),能谱分析(EDS)和透射电镜(TEM)等实验技术,对2205双相不锈钢经不同时效处理后的显微组织进行了分析,结果表明,在900℃时效处理的条件下,2205双相不锈钢组织由铁素体、奥氏体以及σ相组成;随着时效时间的延长,σ相的析出量逐渐增多,该钢种的冲击功随时效时间的延长显著降低,正是由于组织中脆性相σ相在α/γ晶界析出所造成;而且,2205钢的冲击功对σ相的含量非常敏感,当组织中σ相的含量达到5.32vol%时,其冲击功仅为32J。
Age treatment of 2205 duplex stainless steel at the temperature 900℃ for different time intervals (Smin, 0.5h, 1h, 2h) were carried out, and the impact testing at room temperature for V -notched charpy specimens was also performed. The evolution of microstructure after different ageing time was obtained by means of optical metallography, SEM & EDS and TEM. The result showed that the microstrueture of 2205 duplex stainless steel was mainly composed of austenite, ferrite and σ phase at 900℃. The precipitation content of σ phase increased and the impact energy decreased with the increasing of aging time in 2205 duplex stainless steel, due to the σ phase precipitation at the α/γ interface. In addition, the impact energy was especially sensitive to the volume fraction of σ phase. The impact energy was only 32J when the amount of σ phase was up to 5.32 vol%.
