摘要
对单模激光增益模型的光强功率谱及信噪比进行线性化近似计算,以时间周期调制频率Ωλ为参数讨论信噪比R随抽运噪声Q以及量子噪声强度D的变化,发现R-Q曲线和R-D曲线都随Ωλ的变化而周期性地出现由共振到单调衰减的变化.
By means of the linear approximation method, the signal-noise ratio and power spectra of the intensity for the gain model of the single-mode laser, are calculated. The evolutions of the signal-noise ratio R with the pump noise intensity Q and the quantum noise intensity D are discussed in the parameter of the time period modulation frequency. It is found that the evolutions of the R-Q curves and R-D curves with time period modulation frequency Ωλ present periodic evolvement from stochastic resonance to monotone attenuation.
