摘要
研究了在采用不同的界面剂处理下,水泥基砂浆加固混凝土构件的界面粘结抗拉强度和粘结抗剪强度,并进行了加固砂浆和基层混凝土的界面处的微观结构观测分析。研究结果表明:界面剂对提高界面粘结强度有利,纯水泥净浆不能用作界面剂;硅粉、膨胀剂和高效减水剂合用能有效增强水泥基界面剂的粘结强度并控制干缩开裂;以超细硅酸盐水泥代替普通硅酸盐水泥,水泥基界面剂的粘结抗拉强度可提高60%,28d后强度基本稳定;可再分散聚合物胶粉能明显提高水泥基界面剂的粘结强度。
The paper discuss the interracial adhesive tensile strength and the adhesive shearing strength between the cement-based mortar and the concrete substrate, as well as the microstruetures of the interracial zones between the new mortars and the old mortars. The study shows that the interracial agents can improve the interracial adhesive strength. The pure cement pastes cannot be used as interfaeial agents. The mixture of silica fume, expansion agents, and superplasticizer increases the adhesive strength and controls the dry shrinkage obviously. The adhesive tensile strength can be raised up to 60% by using superfine Portland cement instead of ordinary Portland cement. Re-disappeared polymer powders increase the adhesive strength of cement-based interfaeial agents obviously.
