摘要
价值链是经济领域用来分析组织利用内外部资源,构造产品(或服务)价值增值过程的重要概念。远程教育与传统面授教育不同,具有明显的产业化运作特征,隶属于服务业。远程教育服务的提供和价值增值是由不同的组织和个人通过一系列的活动合作完成的。远程教育领域研究中引入"价值链"概念,尝试分析远程教育院校(或机构)内部的组织价值链和外部的行业价值链,结合远程教育院校的实践初步勾勒以服务为纽带的远程教育价值增值模式。
Value chain is an important concept organizations in terms of adding values to products resources. Differing from the traditional face-to-face industrialization and is pertinent to service industry in the economic field, which is employed to analyze or services by making use of internal and external education, distance education has distinct features of The implementation and the value appreciation of distance education service can be accomplished through a series of activities in cooperation among various organizations and individuals. Introducing the concept of value chain into distance education and analyzing the internal organization value chain and the external industry value chain of distance education colleges, the article makes a preliminary study of value-added service model on distance education on the basis of educational practice of distance education colleges.
