摘要
目的总结室间隔缺损合并肺动脉高压围手术期处理和手术指证。方法采取中低温体外循环常规停跳修补室间隔缺损144例,并同期纠治其它心内畸形36例。结果治愈140例(97.2%),重度肺动脉高压术后呼吸循环功能衰竭死亡4例。结论加强室间隔缺损的围手术期处理,合理掌握其手术指证,是手术治疗效果的保证。
Objective To summarize ventricular septal defect with pulmonary hypertension perioperative management and surgical evidence. Methods Taken in the hypothermic cardiopulmonary bypass conventional eardioplegia to repair ventricular septal defect in 144 cases, and Correction over the same period 36 patients with other cardiac malformations. Results Cured 140 cases（97.2% ）, severe pulmonary hypertension after respiratory and circulatory failure to deaths 4 cases. Conclusion Surengthen the ventricular septal defect in perioperative management and reasonable control over their operations indications is a surgical treatment guarantee.
