摘要
由于钢管高强膨胀混凝土与普通钢筋混凝土相比,混凝土的材料性质有改变,必然会引起试件的力学性能的改变,在研究钢管高强膨胀混凝土的力学性能时,不可能完全沿用现有的普通钢管混凝土的研究成果,因此,有必要对钢管高强膨胀混凝土的性能进行试验研究。依据15个钢管高强膨胀混凝土试件的试验情况,研究了钢管高膨胀混凝土的水化热,自应力及破坏荷载。确定了膨胀剂的最佳掺量,提出了钢管高强膨胀混凝土相对普通钢管混凝土的极限破坏荷载的提高幅度,运用力学的基本原理,建立了钢管高强膨胀混凝土的计算模型,提出了非线性有限元分析钢管高性膨胀混凝土性能的方法,通过算例,验证了非线性有限元分析钢管高强膨胀混凝土力学性能的方法的正确性。这将有利于指导实际工程的应用。
High strength expansive concrete filled steel tube have different material properties,while their mechanical properties are different.So we cann't use all the research results of reinforced concrete to research the mecherial properties of high strength expansive concrete filled steel tube.The experimental study for mechanical properties of high strength expansive concrete filled steel tube is nessary.According to the test results of 15 specimens of performance expansive concrete filled steel tube,study the hydration heat,self-stress and the limit bearing capacity of high strength expansive concrete filled steel tube.Determined optimum content of expansive agent.The limit bearing capacity of high strength expansive concrete filled steel tube is taller than the limit bearing capacity of common concrete filled steel tube.The calculating model of expansive concrete filled steel tube is founded by using the principle fundamentals of mechanician.Taking the mothed of high strength expansive concrete filled steel tube analyzed with nonlinear finite element.It is proved by example that the nonlinear finite element analyzed the mechanical properties of high strength expansive concrete filled steel tube.These will do good to the application of the practice engineering.
