摘要
随着我国市场经济的持续发展,我国的房地产业也有了值得肯定的成就,但同时也存在如住房结构性矛盾突出、房价上涨过快、房地产市场行为失范较为普遍等种种问题。作为社会经济发展的引导主体、与房地产业有着直接联系的政府,应从科学的政策引导,理性的宏观调控,严格的规整市场混乱等方面对上述问题作出积极有力的回应,从而促进国内房地产业的健康发展。
With the continuing development of market economy, China＇s real estate industry has gained its recognized achievement. At the same time, it also has problems such as structural contradictions in housing, housing prices rose too fast and the loss of the real estate market behavior etc. Chinese government, as the main guide of socio--economic development, should make a positive and effective response on these issues with policy guidance, rational macro--control and rigorous means of regular market confusion, so to promote the healthy development of the domestic real estate industry.
