摘要
目的：观察微波与爱宝疗联合治疗宫颈糜烂的效果。方法：把１６０例患者随机抽样分为治疗组（８０例）和对照组（８０例），分别采用微波与爱宝疗联合治疗及只用微波治疗，进行疗效观察。结果：６周内痊愈，治疗组６５例，对照组９例，两组对比有显著差异（＜０．０１），术中、术后不良反应，治疗组仅１例（占１．３％），对照组１７例（占２１．３％）。两组对比有显著差异（＜０．０１）。结论：微波与爱宝疗联合治疗宫颈糜烂能缩短治愈时间，减少术中、术后不良反应。
OBJECTIVE:To evaluate therapeutic effect of microwave and Aibao Liao jointly treating patients with cervical erosion.METHODS:160 patients with cervical erosion were divided into experimental group(80 cases) and control group(80 cases) at random.Patients in experimental group received joint therapy of microwave and Aibao Liao,but only microwave therapy in control group.RESULTS:65 patients in experimental group and 9 in control group recovered,significantly different between the two groups( P <0 01).One case(1 3%) in experimental group and 17(21 3%) in control group occured adverse reaction,also significantly different between the two groups( P <0 01).CONCLUTIONS:The joint use of microwave and Aibao Liao can shorten therapeutic course of cervical erosion and reduce adverse reaction.
