摘要
首先明确了工程量清单计价的涵义,提出不同承包模式下合同计价方式的四种常规表现形式及对工程量清单计价的影响;其次分析了单价合同下综合单价的内涵;在此基础上,提出了单价合同下综合单价分析的基本方法和工作流程。
Firstly, the implication of BOQ valuation is cleared, four normal expressions of contract valuation and the effection on BOQ valuation are put forward. Secondly, the connotation of comprehensive unit price of BOQ list items is analysed. Finally, the method and steps of comprehensive unit price are advanced.
