摘要
目的:探讨苯基硫脲催化下马来酸的构型转化反应。方法:采用正交试验和方差分析,因素A(苯基硫脲的用量)、B(0.5mol/L盐酸的用量、C(反应时间)、D(亚硫酸氢钠的用量)分别取1.0、0.8、1.2和0.6g30、20、40和50ml;30、60、90和15min;0、0.2、0.4和0.6g四水平。结果:因素A、B、C对结果的影响均有高度显著性意义,而因素D则无。
Objective:To investigate the isometization of maleu acidcatalyzed by phenyl-thiourea.Methods:Orthogonal expetiment andanalysis of variance were used.The level of factor A(the use level of phHNCSNH 2)、B(the use level of 0.5 mol/L HCl)、C(the reaction time )、D(the use level of NaHSO 3)were 1.0、0.8、1.2 and 0.6 g,30、20、40 and 50ml,30、60、90 and 15 min,0.0、0.2、0.4 and 0.6 g respextively.Results:Factor A、B、C had high significance influence respectively,but factor D hadn't.Conclusion:The optimum condition of the isomerization of maleic acid was A3 B3 C3D1-4
