摘要
从政府工作、城市园林景观特色的挖掘与深化、林业生态工程等多个视角分析信阳市园林景观品位的提升历程。在城市园林景观创建过程中信阳市政府结合城市发展战略和资源优势，营造良好的社会环境氛围、重视相关产业的导向和培育。城市园林景观建设大力倡导以“绿城”、“红城”、“茶城”为特色的信阳市形象，提升了城市园林绿化的科技和文化内涵，实现了生态效益、经济效益、社会效益的和谐统一。
This paper analyses how to improve the refinement of garden landscape in Xinyang city from three aspects： the effort of the government, the characteristics of garden landscape and forestry ecological project. The government pay more attenion to developing strategy and resource advantage when constructing urban landscape. Being advocated XJnyang＇ s characteristics that ＂Green City＂, ＂Red City＂and＂Tea City＂ improved the scientific and cultural connotation of garden landscape. The construction of urban landscape made the ecological benefits, the economic benefits and the social benefits harmonious.
