摘要
通过高校图书馆馆际资源共享模式及过程的分析,构建高校图书馆馆际资源共享激励模型,有效控制共享系统中各主体的共享行为。针对高校图书馆本身的特殊性,从教育部作为管理者的视角出发,讨论实现馆际资源共享的激励过程,提出相应的措施,并分析该措施在高校图书馆馆际资源共享中的行为趋势。
By analyzing the process of academic library resource sharing, the author tries to build an incentive mechanism of academic library resource sharing and to make the participants' activity under control. For the special characteristics of academic libraries, the paper discusses the incentive process and the measures the Ministry of Education as a manager should take. Meanwhile analyzes the measures' roles of the behavioral trends in the process of academic library resource sharing.
