摘要
在基本假设条件下,本文导出了传统的纹杆滚筒式脱粒装置的脱粒分离概率模型。它比已有模型更具有广泛性和实用性。通过与实验结果及多元二次回归模型的对比,表明该模型能较好地反映脱粒装置脱粒分离过程的定量规律。作为模型的应用,文中对脱粒装置的脱粒分离性能进行了数学模拟,并指出了它在脱粒装置优化设计上的应用。
A probability model for a conventional thresher with rasp-bar cylinder is: derived in this paper by introducing some fundamental hypothesises. The model is more extensive and applicable as compared with known models. It is shown that the model describe quantitative laws of the threshing and separation process of the thresher in comparison with expermental data and a multivariant quadratic regession. As application of the model, mathematical simulation of the threshing performance of the thresher is made and optimal designs of the-thresher is described.
