摘要
2009年3月,深圳市南山区卫生监督所率先开展卫生监督运行机制改革,实施卫生监督综合执法网格化管理,为探索创新卫生监督运行机制打开一扇窗。作者以深圳市南山区卫生监督综合执法网格化管理的改革实践为研究对象,对改革的背景、目标、思路、方法步骤、成效、保障措施及注意事项等内容进行梳理、分析,意在为创建更加科学高效的卫生监督运行机制提供参考和借鉴。
Since March 2009, Nanshan District Health Supervision Station in Shenzhen has been the first to institute the reform of health supervision operating mechanism, and enforce laws in a comprehensive way and implement gridded administration in terms of health supervision, so as to open a window for the innovation of health supervision operating mechanism. The authors of this article take the reform in comprehensive law enforcement and gridded ad- ministration in the health supervision sphere which was practiced by Nanshan District Health Supervision Station in Shenzhen as the research project, and analyse the materials on the background, the train of thought, the content and the outcomes of the reform, in order to offer reference and experience for building up more scientific and efficient health supervision operating mechanism.
