摘要
目的探讨中医护理对痛痹患者的影响。方法将2006年1月～2008年12月的痛痹患者随机分为观察组(57例)和对照组(50例),对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予中医护理干预,包括病室安置、气象护理、衣服宜忌、饮食护理、情志护理、中药熏蒸、中药湿热敷和功能锻炼等,比较2组干预效果。结果观察组总有效率93%,而对照组总有效率为80%。实施系统中医护理的观察组冶疗效果优于对照组(p<0.05)。结论对痛痹患者进行系统的中医护理可缓解症状,提高生活质量。
Objective：To explore the effect of the Chinese traditional medical nursing intervention on the Arthralgia aggravated by cold patients. Methods： 117 Arthralgia aggravated by cold patients were randomly divided into control group （n=50） and study group （n=57）. In the two months, the control group has been offered the conventional nursing while the study group has been offered the relevance knowledges and the Chinese traditional medical nursing on the basis of the conventional nursing.Results：After intervention,the control group has greatly improved in the relevance knowledges. Comparative efficacy of two group： the total effective rate of the study group is 93% while the control group is 80%.This showed statistically significant difference in the comparison of the two groups （p〈0.05）.Conclusion：The intervention of the Chinese traditional medical nursing can improve the patients＇ master rate of the relevance knowledges and make the symptoms better as well as the efficacy of the Arthralgia aggravated by cold patients.
