摘要
基于上海机动车检测中心的实物建立了后碰撞移动小车CAE模型,针对某型轿车进行了后碰撞有限元仿真,分析了移动刚性墙模型和移动小车模型对后碰撞仿真结果的影响,以及移动小车模型对仿真结果准确性的重要作用。通过对比分析主要零部件的溃缩变形量可知,移动刚性墙模型与移动小车模型的计算结果差别较大;刚性材料移动小车模型和弹性材料移动小车模型的计算结果差别较小。
In this paper a CAE model of rear-end crash moving-impactor is built base on real-object from the Shanghai Motor Vehicle Inspection Center (SMVIC). And rear crash finite element simulation is carried out for a passenger car, then the influence of moving rigid wall model and the moving impactor model on rear crash simulation result is analyzed, the significance of moving impactor model on accuracy of simulation result is also analyzed. It is known from comparing and analyzing crumple deformation of main components that calculation results of the moving rigid wall model differ greatly with that of the moving impactor model; whereas the calculation results of the rigid material moving impactor model differ slightly with that of elastic material moving impactor model.
