摘要
目的:分析门诊抗菌药物应用情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:随机抽查我院2007年1～12月门诊处方5800张,对抗菌药物处方使用情况进行分析。结果:本次抽查处方5800张,其中使用抗菌药物处方有2750张,抗菌药物使用率为47.41%;注射用抗菌药物处方538张,占使用抗菌药物处方的19.56%,口服抗菌药物处方2212张,占使用抗菌药物处方的80.44%。结论:我院门诊抗菌药物使用基本合理,但仍需进一步改善,以提高我院临床用药的合理性和安全性。
OBJECTIVE：To analyze the utilization of antibiotics in outpatients of our hospital for clinical reference of rational drug use. METHODS： 5 800 prescriptions in 2007 were randomly selected from outpatient department for analysis of the utilization of antibiotics. RESULTS： Of the total 5 800 prescriptions reviewed,2 750 （47.41%） involved use of antibiotics,of which,538 （19.56%） injectable antibiotics vs. 2 212 （80.44%） oral antibiotics. CONCLUSION： The use of antibiotics in outpatient department of our hospital is basically rationally yet it remains to be improved further to enhance the rationality and safety of clinical drug use.
