摘要
北京首都国际机场飞机滑行道下穿越工程是目前国内最长的管棚支护下箱涵顶进施工工程,由于该工程是在飞机不停航的情况下施工,因此,地表沉降要严格控制。根据地表沉降量的控制要求,并按照开挖面前方土体处于超挖状态以及前方土体滑动的极端不利情况下分析箱涵顶进施工中管棚的力学作用,针对管棚不同部分的受力状况不同,按照两端固定梁和弹性地基梁模型分情况对钢管的不同部分进行分析,并对该工程进行具体的计算。结果表明在箱涵顶进过程中,管棚起到了相当大的承载作用,上覆土体的重量有一定量被管棚所承担而不向下传递。
The runway underpass project of Beijing Capital International Airport involves the longest pipe-roof support at present in China. The box-culvert is advanced without suspension of the service,thus the surface settlement should be strictly controlled. Based on the restriction on surface settlement,under extreme potential sliding condition for soil overbreaked in front of the work face,the mechanism of the pipe-roof is analyzed. Because different segments of these pipes are in different mechanical states,they are analyzed mainly by using a supported-beam model with two fixed ends and a beam on elastic foundation mode1,respectively. The support effect of the pipe-roof is analyzed in detail. The results show that the pipe-roof plays an important role in the course of the box-culvert advance,in that quite an amount of weight of soil above is supported without transfer to the underlying stratum.
