普光高含硫气田气体钻井钻具断裂损坏机理 被引量:4

摘要 针对普光气田气体钻井过程中存在的钻具断裂频繁的问题,在对现场事故统计分析的基础上,从特殊的钻井介质、不同的破岩方式以及钻井过程中钻柱共振等方面定性分析了钻具断裂的原因;通过对钻具断口宏观、微观及材质分析,找到了钻具断裂失效的规律和主要形式——疲劳断裂。提出以下建议:①结合气体钻井情况,研制适合气体钻井工况的专用钻具,制定符合气体钻井钻具的新的API标准;②开展牙轮钻井条件下,钻柱纵振对钻具疲劳断裂的量化影响,尤其应考虑不同钻压下钻柱纵振对钻具疲劳断裂的作用机理研究。以期为预防气体钻井钻具断裂、降低钻井成本、推广应用气体钻井技术提供理论依据。 Aiming at the frequent occurrence of drill-string fracture during gas drilling in the Puguang gas field,this paper,based on the statistical analysis of accidents on fields,makes in-depth investigation into the origins of drill-string accidents in aspects of peculiar drilling medium,different rock-breaking methods,and the vibration of drill string during the drilling process.Through macro,micro and material analysis of the fracture surface of drill string,the law of drill-string failure due to fracture is discovered and the fatigue fracture is found out to be the main type of drill-string fracture.Hereby,this paper suggests that special drilling tools should be studied and developed adaptable for the actual working conditions of gas drilling,a special API standard should be set up as the basis for selecting gas drilling tools,and a series of studies should be carried out,e.g.,in the roller-bit drilling,on the quantitative impact of longitudinal vibration of drill string,especially that under different drilling pressures,and on the fatigue fracture of drill string.This will provide theoretical reference for the prevention of drill-string fracture,the decrease of drilling cost,and the promotion of gas drilling technology.
