冲角变化对涡轮叶栅的气动性能影响数值仿真 被引量:3

摘要 用汽轮机高压级静叶栅作为仿真模型,采用Ansys-CFX作为计算CFD仿真软件,在改变冲角的变工况条件下对叶栅的气动性能进行研究。结果表明,此叶栅具有很好的冲角适应性,可以控制叶栅上下端部的横向串流,能有效抑制二次流的产生和减小损失。 The pneumatic performance of the cascades under the condition of changing the variable working condition was studied with high pressure static cascades as simulation models and with ANSYS-Cfx as simulative calculation software. The result shows that the cascades had a good incidence adaptability, they could control the transverse series flow at the up end and down end of the cascade, could efficiently control the occurrence of second flow and reduce loss.
