摘要
目的探讨外伤性脑积水的临床诊治特点。方法回顾性分析本院60例外伤性脑积水患者的临床资料。结果本组患者给予脑室腹腔分流术、颅内血肿清除术、去骨瓣减压术等治疗,结果治愈42例,中残10例,重残4例,死亡4例。结论临床上应对外伤性脑积水高度重视,及时发现和诊断,积极采取脑室腹腔分流术治疗,有利于控制颅高压,促进疾病康复,提高患者的预后和生存质量。
Objective To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment features of traumatic hydrocephalus.Methods To analyze the clinical data of 60 cases of traumatic hydrocephalus patients retrospectively.Results There were 42 cases cured,10 cases moderate disability,4 cases severe disability and 4 dead through treated with ventriculo-peritoneal shunt and other treatment.Conclusion We should attach great importance to traumatic hydrocephalus,and timely detect it,diagnose it and treatet it,so that we can control intracranial hypertension,promote disease rehabilitation and improve the patient＇s prognosis and quality of life.
