Observation on the Effect of Electromyography Stimulation combined with Biofeedback Pelvic Floor Training on Female Stress Urinary Incontinence:analysis of 8 cases

摘要 目的应用肌电刺激联合生物反馈盆底肌训练治疗产后压力性尿失禁(stressurinaryin-continence,SUI),探讨非手术方法治疗产后压力性尿失禁的新方法。方法本院2007年6月至2008年12月在产科门诊产后康复病例中,共有8例产后尿失禁患者,采用法国PHENIX神经肌肉刺激治疗仪进行盆底功能康复训练治疗,一疗程治疗5~8周,每次30min,每周2次。结果8例患者经一个疗程治疗全部康复,尿失禁症状消失。结论盆底功能康复训练是一种安全、有效的治疗女性产后压力性尿失禁的好方法。 Objective To analyze the effect of electromyography stimulation combined with biofeedback pelvic floor training on female stress urinary incontinence.Methods 8 postpartum patients who suffered from stress urinary incontinence underwent pelvic floor training with PHENIX Biofeedback Pelvic Floor Training Set(Made in France) from June 2007 to December 2008.The treatment course was 5 to 8 weeks and twice per week.Results After one-course-training,symptoms of stress urinary incontinence in 8 patients released.Conclusions Biofeedback pelvic floor training is a safe and effective treatment for female stress urinary incontinence.
