摘要
目的探讨"五常法"在临床科室抢救用品管理中的应用效果。方法通过组织培训制订管理标准,应用"五常法"对全院临床科室抢救物品、药品进行管理,通过不断自查及质量管理委员会每月不定期检查,实现"五常法"实施习惯化。结果提高了抢救用品合格率及护理质量(P<0.05)。结论 "五常法"是管理临床科室抢救物品、药品的有效方法。
Objective To analyze the effects of the 5S（ Structure, Systematize, Sanitize, Standardize and Self - discipline） methodology applied to the management of rescue material and drugs. Methods After organizing training and developing management standards,the 5S methodology was applied to the management of rescue material and drugs in the whole hospital. By continuous self - examination and monthly check of the quality management committee,the 5S methodology became the routine. Results After the implementation of the 5S methodology,the qualified rate of rescue supplies and the quality of nursing were improved significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The 5S methodology is an effective way to manage rescue material and drugs.
