摘要
1990~1992年在大田条件下研究了小麦分蘖发生与主茎内源吲哚乙酸(IAA)及细胞分裂素类物质——玉米素核苷(ZR)和玉米素(Z)的关系。结果表明,IAA和ZR+Z的含量,尤其是二者间的比值与分蘖发生密切相关,当IAA/(ZR+Z)值低时,利于分蘖发生;反之则不利于分蘖发生。在小麦穗发育进入小花原基分化期之后,IAA/(ZR+Z)值显著升高,可能是导致分蘖停止发生的重要原因。
The results of experiment showed tillering process was noticeably regulated by
IAA and ZR + Z content, especially the ratio between them [IAA/(ZR+Z)]in main shoot under
the field conditions. It could be improved or inhibited by a low or high value of IAA/(ZR+Z),
respectively. It was because of significant increment in IAA/(ZR+Z) that the tillering process
was induced to cease after elongation.
