一个白菜型油菜细胞质雄性不育的遗传研究(英文) 被引量:3

摘要 1993年春在白菜型油菜品种“浠水白”中发现了几株雄性不育株。遗传研究结果表明,“浠水白”雄性不育株为细胞质雄性不育,所有调查过的白菜型油菜品种(系)均是这种雄性不育的保持系。与pol CMS和nap CMS的保持系和恢复系的测交结果表明,“浠水白”雄性不育与nap CMS具有相同的恢保关系,与pol CMS具有完全不同的恢保关系。EcoR I、HindⅢ、Pst I和Sal I四种限制性内切酶的线粒体DNA酶切图谱及以atp6和orf222作探针的RFLP分析结果显示,“浠水白”的细胞质与nap CMS相同,而与pol CMS不同。 A few male sterile (MS) plants were discovered in a Chinese variety 'Xishuibai' of oilseed Brassica campestris L. Genetic investigation showed that it belonged to cy- toplasmic male sterility, and all varieties of oilseed Brassica campestris studied were its maintain- er. Test crosses with nap CMS and pol CMS maintainers and restorers suggested that this newly discovered male sterility was of nap CMS type, but not of pol CMS type. EcoR I, Hind III , Pst I and Sal I restriction pattern of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) and RFLP (southern plot) analyses with atp 6 and orf222 of mt DNA digested with EcoR I,Hind III Pst I and Sal I re vealed that the cytoplasm of Xishuibai MS plants was indentical to that of nap CMS, but differ ent from that of pol CMS.
