摘要
研究用分光光度法测定魔芋精粉及其纯化产品中葡甘聚糖(KGM)含量的方法。确定在水解温度一定(100℃)时,KGM完全水解所需的时间为2h,所需HCl浓度为6mol/L。
The spectrophotometric method by which the contents of konjak glucomannan in konjak powder and its purifing products were determined was studied.The experiment showed that at the 100℃ of hydrolization temperature,the completely hydrolyzing time of KGM is 2h,and the HCl concentration needed is 6 mol/L。
