摘要
研究浙江果桑“大十”品种白藜芦醇、原花青素和类胡萝卜素的成分及含量。用高效液相色谱法一铁盐催化比色法对三种非营养成分作了分析。实验结果为紫桑椹果中自藜芦醇含量在4.19—6.09μg/g、原花青素含量46.0~49.8mg/g;类胡萝卜素含量0.703—1.197μg/g;而桑叶不含白藜芦醇,原花青素测得值仅为0.522~0.536mg/g。桑椹含有丰富的天然活性物质,为合理利用桑椹资源及进一步开发研究提供了科学依据。
To recognize the components and contents of resveratrol ,procyanidins and carotenoids in mulberry of "Dashi" in Zhejiang,the three nonnutritional components were analyzed by HPLC-Colorimetry with ferric ions as catalysis agent. Contents of resveratrol, procyanidins and carotenoids were 4.19-6.09 μg/g,46.0-49.8 mg/g and 0.703-1. 197 μg/g respectively in black mulberry. There was no resveratrol in mulberry leaves and the content of procyanidins was 0. 522- 0. 536 mg/g. The mulberry contains natural active substances provides scientific basis for the rational use ,further exploitation and study of the mulberry resources.
