摘要
以总黄酮为考察指标,研究乙醇提取三叶青总黄酮的提取工艺,采用紫外分光光度法测定三叶青总黄酮含量。实验结果表明,采用离心操作改进后的紫外分光光度法排除了一些杂质对测定结果的影响,检测准确度较高,稳定性良好且线性关系良好。通过单因素试验得到乙醇提取三叶青总黄酮的较佳工艺条件为60%(v/v)的乙醇溶液,液固比6:1,水浴沸腾提取两次,每次1.5h。在此条件下,三叶青总黄酮得率约为26mg/s。
The process for extracting total flavonoids from Radix tetrstigmae was studied. An improved ultraviolet speetrophotometry method was used to determining the total falvonoids in the extract of Radix tetrastigmae, which features high precision,good stability and satisfied linearity relation. The optimized conditions of the extraction technology were obtained as follows : the concentration of ethanol 60% ( v/v), the ratio of solvent to material 6, the water bath boiled extracting for 2 times, 1.5 h per time. Using this technology, the extraction yield of total flavonoids in Radix tetrastigmae was 26 mg/g.
