摘要
于2009年8月在微山湖取样进行了小型底栖生物的调查研究.结果表明,夏季小型底栖生物平均丰度为341±132ind.10cm-2,平均生物量为152.7±58.0μgdwt.10cm-2.共鉴定出5个小型底栖生物类群.其中,按丰度自由生活线虫为最优势类群,比例达97.9%;其他类群依次为桡足类、介型类、甲壳类幼体和动吻类.小型底栖生物分布在2~5cm的次表层沉积物的比例为61.1%,线虫分布在2~5cm的比例为61.7%.本研究为进一步了解小型底栖生物群落、种类组成,以及为淡水底栖生态系统结构和功能的深入研究提供参考.
A sampling meiobenthos were studied about Weishan lake in summer, 2009 (August). The results showed that the average meiobenthos abundance was 341±132ind·10cm^-2, average biomass was 152. 7±58.0 μgdwt·10cm^-2. In our study, five groups of small benthic organisms were i- dentified. According to the abundance, free-living nematodes were the most dominant group, which dominance was 97. 9%; Other groups followed according to priority were Copepoda, Ostracoda, Nauplii and Kinorhyncha. Distribution of meiobenthos was 61.1% in the 2-5 cm surface sediments, while nematodes in the 2-5 cm were 61.4%. Our studies could supply reference to the futher research on the small benthic communities, species composition, as well as the research on structure and function of freshwater benthic ecosystem.
