摘要
教师专业发展已成为国内外教师教育研究的热点问题之一。文章探讨促进教师专业发展的另一种新理念——教师专业发展中的"共生效应"。要营造教师专业发展中的"共生效应",需要激活教师的共生意识;构建有利于形成教师专业发展中"共生效应"的机制;创造有利于形成教师专业发展中"共生效应"的良机。
Teachers'professional development has become one of the hot topics in teacher education home and abroad. This paper discusses a new concept of promoting teachers'professional development - the " symbiotic effect". In order to produce "symbiotic effect" in teachers" professional development, it is necessary to activate teachers'symbiotic sense, build a mechanism which is beneficial to the formation of "symbiotic effect" in teachers'professional development, and create conditions conducive to the formation of "symbiotic effect" in teachers" professional development.
