摘要
以优选果梅黔荔1号单株为材料,对外植体灭菌时间、腋芽启动和增殖培养进行了研究。结果表明:以0.1%HgCl_2消毒8 min效果最好,其存活率为75%;适合腋芽启动培养的基本培养基是WPM;最有利于腋芽启动和增殖的培养基是WPM+1.0 mg/L6-BA+0.5 mg/LNAA+1.0 mg/LGA_3,有效增殖系数高达1.51。
Using better single plant (Qian Li NO. 1) from Prunus mume as materials,explants sterilization, and proliferation culture of axitlary buds were studied. The results showed that the optimal sterilization time of explant was about 8 minutes with 0. 1G HgCl2 ,and its survival rate was 75G. The basal medium of of axillary buds was V, PM. The best medium for and proliferation of axillary buds was WPM+1. 0 mg/L 6-BA+0. 5 mg/L NAA+1. 0 mg/L GA3 ,and its effective muhiplication coefficient was 1.51.
