摘要
亚运会作为全亚洲人民的体育盛会,安全是成功的第一要素。在亚运会特定的时间和场所中如有诸如恐怖袭击、灾害事故等重大突发事件发生,无疑会给我国的国际声誉带来极大的负面影响。从目前广州市存在的突发事件的可能诱发因素来看,广州亚运组委会应当尽快建立专职应急指挥机构,制定应急响应预案,建立信息平台,构建全民防御体系,并同时进行综合模拟实战演习。
Guangzhou Asian Games includes many characteristics of public security. It has the diversification and complications. Based on the overall requirement for security during the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games, the article analyzes possible types of emergencies that might occur during the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games, analyzes the potential risks and unstable factors of Guangzhou Asian Games, studies the security works of Guangzhou Asian Games.
