摘要
宋代发达的商品经济推动了契约关系的发展。在契约关系的订立和履行中,宋代"牙人"参与契约关系的范围很广,人数很多。宋代通过制定一系列的法律制度,规范牙人的活动,规范市场。因此,宋代中介牙人制度的完备成为宋代契约法律制度的显著特点,值得我们今天研究和借鉴。
Contractual relationship developed with the development of the commodity economy in the song dynasty. During the formulation of the contractual relationship, a lot of Yaren, the intermediaries, joined the activities. To norm the activity of Varen and regulation of market, the song government made a series of legal system. The completion of the Yaren system was the most characteristics in the song dynasty, which should be studied and learned today.
