摘要
目的探讨宫颈电圈环切术（LEEP）治疗宫颈糜烂的临床效果。方法回顾性分析采用LEEP治疗宫颈糜烂211例患者的临床资料，并对全部患者进行随访。结果采用LEEP治疗宫颈糜烂，有效率100％。结论LEEP治疗宫颈糜烂操作简单、安全有效、不需麻醉、手术时间短、效果可靠，是理想的宫颈疾病治疗方法。
Objective In order to research the clinical effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure （LEEP） treatment at cervical erosion. Methods The data of 211 cervical erosion patients were retrospectively studied from January,2008 to December,2008, all postoperative patients were followed up. Results Those patients who selected LEEP methods treated at cervical erosion had higher effective rate,the care rate was 100%. Conclusion The methods that LEEP treated at cervical erosion was idealism way to treat cervical disease because it have easy oparate ways, safety effections, no anesthesia , shorter time and considerable effect.
