摘要 介绍直接空冷凝汽器的工作原理。直接空冷换热管束内为复杂气液两相流动,分为顺流管束和逆流管束。通过垂直管内的液泛现象的出现,明确了液泛的定义。对直接空冷凝汽器逆流管束内的两相流型、液泛现象和压降进行分析和研究,提出消除液泛的措施。为直接空冷系统的优化设计提供帮助。 The operational principle of direct air-cooled condenser is introduced. The flow inside direct air-cooled heat exchanger bundles is complicated 2-phase gas-liquid flow. The bundles can be classified as cocurrent flow (kondensator) bundles and countercurrent flow (dephlemator) bundles. Through vertical tubes,the flooding phenomenon was analyzed and precisely defined. The 2-phase flow patterns and pressure drop inside countercurrent flow bundles are analyzed and studied. The measures that avoid flooding in dephlemator bundles are brought forward. It offers good help for the optimal design of direct air cooling system.
