摘要
城市文明程度的提高与市民道德素质的提升是相辅相成的关系:互为因果、相互促进。青少年作为市民中的一个特殊群体有着自身的特点,其道德素质也呈现出一定的特性,青少年道德素质的提升可以大大推动城市文明建设的步伐。重庆市作为西部地区的窗口城市,对市民的道德素质的要求必须不断提升,而青少年这个充满活力、代表未来希望的群体,其道德素质的提升亦势在必行。重庆市合川区针对青少年的特质,开展了一系列加强青少年思想道德建设的有益实践,为研究青少年道德素质提升提供了可借鉴的经验。
The improvement of urban civilization and the enhancement of public moral qualities are complementary they cause and effect to each other, promote each other. Young people has its own characteristics as a special group in citizens, their moral qualities, also show the characteristics, the enhancement of young people moral quality can promote the building speedy of urban civilization. Chongqing as the window of western China, the requirement of public moral quality must be constantly upgraded, while the young people who are full with dynamic, they are the symbol of the future hope, their moral qualities are aiming at upgrading the pipeline. Hechuan District, Chongqing, carried out series activities to enhance young people＇s moral quality construction according to the young people＇s characteristics, which provide useful experience for the study of youth moral quality improvement.
