摘要
通过对部分新建高职高专档案工作现状的调查与思考,分析其存在的问题与不足,从管理学的角度谈了新建高职院校加强档案工作的一些做法和思路,以期对新建高职高专档案工作的提升有所帮助。
This paper analyzes the problems and deficiencies through research and consideration of newly-built higher vocational college archives work. Combined with the work experience of the author, it puts forward some improvemrnt thought and measures on the view of management in the hope of helping improving newly-buih higher vocational college archives work .
