再生混合钢筋混凝土梁的受弯性能试验 被引量:8

摘要 为揭示再生混合钢筋混凝土梁的受弯性能,开展了3根再生混合钢筋混凝土梁与1根常规混凝土梁的对比试验,研究了试件的正截面受力与变形特性,并就现行规范计算再生混合钢筋混凝土梁开裂弯矩和抗弯承载力的有效性进行了讨论。研究结果表明:①再生混合钢筋混凝土梁的开裂弯矩虽然较常规混凝土梁偏低,但二者的抗弯承载力却无明显差异;②采用现行规范计算再生混合钢筋混凝土梁的抗弯承载力具有与常规混凝土梁相近的安全性;③采用现行规范计算再生混合钢筋混凝土梁的开裂弯矩偏于不安全,需考虑0.8左右的调整系数。研究发现除开裂弯矩外,再生混合钢筋混凝土梁具有与常规混凝土梁相近的受弯性能。 In order to investigate the flexural behavior of reinforced concrete(RC) beams filled with demolished concrete lump(DCL), 3 RC beams filled with DCL and 1 conventional RC beam are tested to reveal the flexural strengths and deformations of the specimens, and the effectiveness of formulas in current design code for cracking moment and flexural capacity of RC beam filled with DCL is discussed. Test results show that: ①although the cracking moment of RC beam filled with DCL is less than that of conventional RC beam, the flexural capacity of RC beam filled with DCL is almost the same as that of conventional RC beam; ②the flexural capacity calculated using current design code has a similar safety margin for conventional RC beam and RE beam filled with DCL; ③ the cracking moment of RC beam filled with DCL can not be estimated safely by formulas in current design code for conventional RC beam, and an adjusting factor of about 0.8 should be considered. It is shown that the flexural behavior of RC beam filled with DCL is similar to that of conventional RC beam, except for the cracking moment.
