摘要
马铃薯是一种全营养型作物,具有抗旱耐寒、适宜于高海拔地区耕作的特点;在乌蒙山区,马铃薯正由过去作为抗旱救灾的重要物资变成当前农民增收的主要经济作物之一。然而,快速工业化背景下马铃薯生产发展跟不上社会需求,存在种薯质量差、品种单一、专业人才匮乏、产业化水平低下等问题。文章提出一系列举措推进马铃薯产业化,旨在促进农业增效与农民增收。
Potato is a full-nutritive crop, which has the characteristics of resistant drought and cold, and suitable for fanning in the high altitude region. In the wumeng mountains, potato as an important relief supplies in the past, which is becoming one of the major economic crops of increase farmers＂ income present. The context of rapid development industrialization, however, the production of potato can not meet the needs of social. There is poor quality seed, variety single, professionals lack, industrialization low level issues and so on. This paper presents a series of countermeasures to promote the potato industrialization, in order to promote agricultural efficiency and increase farmers income.
