胺碘酮、普罗帕酮治疗转复阵发性房颤的疗效比较被引量：2

摘要目的:探讨静脉滴注胺碘酮、普罗帕酮治疗转复阵发性房颤的疗效并进行比较。方法:将96例阵发性房颤患者随机分成胺碘酮组和普罗帕酮组,分别静脉滴注胺碘酮150～600mg或普罗帕酮70～210mg,观察房颤转复情况。结果:胺碘酮组50例转复成功42例(84%),普罗帕酮组46例,转复成功31例(67.3%)(P<0.05)。比较在转复阵发性房颤成功率中胺碘酮组高于普罗帕酮组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
