摘要
本文介绍了在金属基材上激光合成生物陶瓷复合涂层的新构想。从理论上研究了激光条件下由CaHPO4·2H2O-CaCO3混合粉末合成HA复合涂层的热力学和动力学,提出了相应的教学模型及其数值求解方法。文中还采用SEM、XRD和EDX等手段,对激光涂覆层的形貌、结构和成分等进行了分析。结果表明,选用适宜的激光涂覆工艺,在金属基材上可以合成HA生物陶瓷复合涂层,且涂层具有有利于人体组织长入的网状显微结构和均匀的化学成分分布特征。
In this paper, a tentative idea was recounted. It was that HA bioceramic composite materials wer madeby laser synthesizing. The mathematical moddels of thermodynamic and dynamics which were about the reacting synthesising HA bioceramic coating were studied. The appropriate numerical soutions has been presented. The composition, phases structure and morphology of the HA bioceramic coating by lase syntheszing were also thoroghly investigated with EDX, XRD and SEM, etc. The results show that the reacting synthesizing bioceramic coating compositematerials include 90% HA adn β-TCP can be obtained by laser at proper technolgical parameters. And its composition is even, microstructure is net and bonding strength is high, which is very favorable to the growth of body organism
