凋亡相关基因Bcl-2和Bax在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达
摘要
目的探讨凋亡相关蛋白Bcl-2和Bax在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其临床价值。方法应用免疫组织化学方法，检测膀胱癌标本（58例）、正常膀胱黏膜（15例）Bcl-2和Bax的表达。结果膀胱移行细胞癌中Bcl-2的表达（58．6，34／58）高于正常膀胱黏膜（20．0％，3／15），并与膀胱癌病理分级有关（χ2=14．9448，P〈0．01），与临床分期有关（χ2=6．2994，P〈0．05），Bax在正常膀胱黏膜中的表达明显高于BTCC的表达，而Bax阳性表达率与膀胱癌病理分级、临床分期无关。结论膀胱癌发生发展与膀胱组织的抑凋亡或促凋亡（Bcl-2／Bax）机制失衡有关，检测Bcl-2、Bax可以作为临床判断膀胱移行细胞癌恶性程度和预后较为可靠的指标。
