加强医疗费用记账管理是确保医院主项收入计划顺利完成,防止医院资金源头流失的关键措施。确保住院病人账目的真实性,增强收费透明度,保障病人知情权,也是改善医患关系的有效途径。扎实有效的记账管理有利于医院实现以医疗为中心向以病人为中心模式转变,在更好地为病人服务的同时创造更大的社会效益。文章概述了华西医院在加强记账管理工作中做出的改革和实践。
The medical expenses account management is to ensure the successful completion of the hospital income plan and is the key financial measure to prevent hospital loss. It also protects the patients＇ rights and is an effective way to improve doctor-patient relationship. Solid and effective expenses account management is conducive to the realization of the change from hospital-centered health care ＇to the patient-centered. The article briefly introduced the West China Hospital reform and practices to strengthen the in-patient expenses account management. Through the analysis of the current account management problems, it put forward an innovative management model, and finally summed up the results achieved.
