摘要
论述了在电子制造业开发CAPP系统的必要性和可行性,分析研究了印制电路板组装(PCA)工艺的元件信息输入方法及特征;剖析了PCA工艺设计的三个层次和决策逻辑方法;给出了自行开发研制的计算机辅助产品制造规程(PMI)自动生成系统。该系统经过试用,取得了令人满意的效果。
It is presented that it is necessary and realiable to develop CAPP system used to Printed Circuit Assembly (PCA) technology. PCA Component Information Descriptions are given. The decision logic mathods of PCA process planning are designed and generated. The automatic PMI generation (APG) system is developed. The APG system has been applied in the actual manufacturing environment and a preliminary evaluation showed expected and pleased results.
