维持性血液透析患者中乙型肝炎病毒感染的研究进展

摘要 肝脏疾病是维持性血液透析患者的高发病，而乙型肝炎病毒（HBV）感染又是该人群中最重要的肝脏损伤因素。目前全世界大约有4亿慢性HBV携带者，导致每年约52万例死亡及47万例肝细胞肝癌的发生。自血液透析开始以来，HBV感染严重威胁着透析患者和医务工作者的健康。对其传播的控制成为透析患者管理的重要环节。积极实施各种保护措施，
