摘要
目的观察疏血通注射液联合胰激肽原酶对早期糖尿病肾病的治疗作用。方法90例早期糖尿病肾病患者在积极控制血糖的基础上,随机分为对照组45例和治疗组45例。对照组每日给予胰激肽原酶40U肌注;治疗组每日给予疏血通6ml静脉滴注,胰激肽原酶40U肌注。结果对照组和治疗组的治疗后24尿微量白蛋白(UAER)均有显著减少(P<0.05),但治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论疏血通联合胰激肽原酶治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效优于单用胰激肽原酶。
Objective To observe the effect of the combined administration of pancreatic kininogenase and Shuxuetong on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods On the basis of active control of blood sugar,90 cases of early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group （45 cases） and treatment groups （45 cases）. 40 U pancreatic kininogenase intramuscular injection was applied to the control groups daily;6 ml of Shuxuetong intravenous drip as well as 40 U pancreatic kininogenase intramuscular injection were applied to the treatment group.Results 24-hour UAER in both control group and treatment group were significantly reduced （P〈0.05）,but compared with control group,better effect was observed in treatment group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined administration of pancreatic kininogenase and Shuxuetong shows better effect than pancreatic kininogenase used alone on the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.
