摘要
为优化弹丸结构设计,用FLUENT Gambit建立某弹丸外流场数值仿真模型并生成网格,通过FLUENT对弹丸外流场进行数值仿真以获取相关的气动力参数.用仿真结果进行的稳定性分析和射程估算结果与试验结果基本一致,说明采用数值仿真方法设计弹丸气动外形有效可行,仿真结果可为方案设计提供参考.
To optimize projectile structure design, FLUENT Gambit is used to establish a numerical simulation model for the outer flow field of a projectile, the mesh of the model is built, and the numerical simulation is performed by FLUENT on the outer flow field of the projectile to obtain the aerodynamic parameters. The stability and the estimated shot range obtained by the simulation results are in good agreement with the test results. So it is feasible and effective to design the aerodynamic profile of projectile using nu~ merical simulation method and the simulation results can provide some references for the design solution.
