摘要
为了提高制造过程流线化生产的生产率,发挥瓶颈站的最大利用率及减少在制品,通过分析生产线上非瓶颈站的加工时间与瓶颈站的加工时间之间的相互关系,避免瓶颈站的挨饿和卡住,实现最小生产节拍。同时,采用仿真平台eM-Plant对生产线进行建模及仿真,分析了非瓶颈站的加工时间波动对瓶颈站的影响,有助于调节加工工艺和提高系统的生产率。
To improve productivity of streaming production, decrease WIP and maximize utilization rate of bottleneck, the relation of processing time between bottleneck and non-bottleneck station is analyzed. Blocking and hungering of bottleneck station are avoided and the minimum of cycle time is achieved. A simulation model is developed and checked by using eM-Plant and influence on fluctuation of non-bottleneck process time is analyzed. It is important to improve productivity and adjust process.
